Chronic Back and Neck Pain Can Affect Every Part of Your Life.
If you’ve been living with back or neck pain that disrupts your sleep, limits your activity, or makes it hard to do the things you love, you know that managing symptoms is not the same as addressing the root cause. Many people with disc-related conditions have explored multiple avenues of care without finding lasting relief. If that sounds familiar, Regenolase™ Spinal Decompression may be worth exploring.
Regenolase™ is a non-surgical, drug-free approach that may be suitable for conditions including, sciatica and radiating leg pain, disc bulges and herniations, degenerative disc disease, chronic low back or neck pain, spinal stenosis (lateral foraminal), nerve pain, tingling, or numbness.
What is Regenolase Decompression?
Regenolase™ Spinal Decompression is delivered using the SpineMED®system, a Health Canada licensed, FDA-cleared spinal decompression device. It is a non-surgical treatment designed to gently reduce pressure inside affected spinal discs.
Here’s how it works: Intervertebral discs are avascular, they don’t have a direct blood supply and instead rely on pressure changes (osmotic diffusion) to bring in oxygen, fluids, and nutrients. Injury, degeneration, or prolonged compression can reduce this exchange, contributing to disc deterioration overtime. Regenolase™ Spinal Decompression is designed to gently create a reduction in intradiscal pressure, which may support the conditions needed for fluid and nutrient re-entry into the disc. For herniated or bulging discs, this pressure change may also support gradual retraction of disc material away from compressed nerves.
The SpineMED® system uses direct skeletal capture (rather than soft nylon harnesses) and a dual-computer feedback system that monitors and adjusts forces every 20 milliseconds, allowing treatment to be delivered with significantly lower forces than older-generation devices require. Sessions are 30 minutes, and most patients find them very comfortable and well-tolerated.

Herniated & Bulging Discs
When the soft center of a spinal disc pushes through a crack in the outer layer, it can press on nearby nerves and cause significant pain. Decompression therapy gently creates negative pressure to help draw disc material back into place, reducing nerve compression and promoting healing.
Sciatica & Radiating Leg Pain
That shooting pain, tingling, or numbness running down your leg often originates from a compressed nerve root in your lower spine. By relieving pressure on the affected disc, decompression can address the underlying cause, not just mask the symptoms.

Degenerative Disc Disease
As we age, spinal discs naturally lose hydration and height, which can lead to chronic pain and stiffness. Decompression therapy helps restore nutrient flow to these discs, supporting the body's ability to slow degeneration and improve function.
Spinal Stenosis
Narrowing of the spinal canal can put pressure on nerves, causing pain, weakness, or numbness. By gently opening space between vertebrae, decompression can help alleviate these symptoms and improve mobility.

Failed Back Surgery & Post-Surgical Pain
If you've had spinal surgery but are still experiencing pain, you're not alone. Decompression therapy can be an effective option for post-surgical patients (without hardware in the treatment area) who haven't found lasting relief.
Chronic Neck Pain & Cervical Disc Issues
Neck pain, arm numbness, and headaches can all stem from cervical disc problems. Our SpineMED® system includes specialized cervical decompression to precisely target and treat upper spine conditions.

Why Choose Regenolase Spinal Decompression?
NON-SURGICAL & DRUG-FREE
Back surgery has a lengthy recovery time and there are risks of certain complications that could arise. Regenolase™ is a non-invasive approach that works with your body's natural healing abilities to get you out of pain without the wait or risk.
SPINEMED® TECHNOLOGY
Our SpineMED® system is FDA-cleared and Health Canada licensed, using computer-controlled precision technology designed to gently target both lumbar and cervial discs with highly controlled decompression.
COMFORTABLE & RELAXING
SpineMED® uses lower forces and direct spinal targeting. This makes treatment feel so gentle that many patients fall asleep during treatment. The lower impact also means that patients can have repeated sessions without any strain on the body.
Designed to Reduce Pressure on Injured Discs
Rather than simply masking symptoms, Regenolase™ is designed to gently reduce pressure on damaged spinal discs and surrounding nerves to help support healing and improved function.
ENHANCED WITH INFRARED THERAPY
Regenolase™ offers built-in far-infrared light therapy penetrates up to 3cm deep to relax surrounding tissues and accelerate cellular healing during your session.
Condensed Treatment Programs Available
Regenolase™ is designed to use lower treatment forces meaning some patients may qualify for condensed treatment schedules, including intensive care plans for out-of-town patients.
From Silent Struggles to Lasting Change
Back and neck pain affects far more than just your spine. It changes how you move through your day, how you sleep at night, and how you show up for the people who matter most.
Maybe you've had to sit out activities you used to love. Maybe you're exhausted from poor sleep and constant discomfort. Maybe you've tried treatment after treatment, only to end up back where you started.
You deserve more than just managing your pain, you deserve a real solution.
Regenolase Decompression offers a path forward: a gentle, evidence-based approach that addresses the underlying disc damage causing your symptoms. It's time to stop surviving and start living again.

Frequently Asked Questions
Traditional traction applies a steady pull that can trigger muscle guarding and actually increase disc pressure. SpineMED® uses advanced computer controls that adjust forces 50 times per second, faster than your body's reflex response, allowing true decompression to occur without muscle resistance. It also uses significantly lower forces (as little as 12-15% of body weight) compared to older devices.
Most patients describe sessions as comfortable and relaxing. You'll lie fully clothed on the SpineMED® table while the system gently and precisely distracts your spine. Many patients find it so relaxing they fall asleep. There's no painful stretching or jarring movements.
Because decompression therapy addresses the underlying disc condition rather than just masking symptoms, many patients experience lasting relief. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and following post-treatment exercise recommendations can help protect your results. Some patients with higher-risk lifestyles or occupations benefit from occasional maintenance sessions.
Yes. SpineMED® is FDA-cleared and Health Canada licensed for the treatment of lumbar and cervical disc conditions. The low-force approach significantly reduces contraindications compared to older decompression methods, making it suitable for a wider range of patients including older adults and those with acute pain.
Decompression therapy is not appropriate for individuals with: spinal fractures or instability, severe osteoporosis, spinal tumors or cancer, pregnancy, surgical hardware (screws, rods, etc.) in the treatment area, or unstable spondylolisthesis. During your consultation, we'll review your complete history to ensure this treatment is safe for you.
